I bought a cheap pair of dumbbells at marshalls and I went on Pinterest. There are tons of dumbbell only workouts that are 20 minutes.
You could do 1 or 2 home workouts in the week. Even if you only get 20/30mins it's better than nothing. Try walking or running with baby outside, they'll defo fall asleep and you can just get on with it. Try YouTube videos

Girl same . Stay at home mum partner works Monday to Saturday . Try getting some gym equipment maybe a folding running mat that you can store under couch / bed some weights and gym bands - can find them cheap on Facebook marketplace and while baby naps try and get a work out in . That's what I've been doing and honestly going great . Also there are workout apps that can tailor to your needs / wants
