Giblet bag inside chicken

Did the bag melt at all?

@Amy no it didn’t. It was just limp but still intact. No juice was coming out of it.

Oh & I cooked the chicken at 400 degrees for an hour.

I would’ve just been worried a little bit if the plastic melted

Giblets come in a bag over there? Genuinely curious, like what is it used for?

I did that once!! The chicken was fine, but we threw out the giblets and bag. 😅😅

I think they make the bags where you can cook them because a lot of people probably forget

I’ve done this before. Usually the back is made of parchment paper which is safe.
