Multi vitamins

Hi I’ve delivered baby girl recently on 17th which was a normal delivery with 3rd degree tear. When do you start taking multi vitamins for urself ? Please advise as I’m not sure when to start them (P.S : I’m not breastfeeding but before delivery my iron levels were showing less ) Thank u xxx

I also had a 3rd degree tear, hope your healing is going well! Take them now, I don’t think there is such thing as too soon xx

@Sarah oh no sorry to hear that..it’s healing little better but there’s still some pain over that area.. Hope you are doing well xx thank you xx Also I would like to know how many days do I take paracetamol and ibuprofen please as they didn’t say anything about it x

They said to me to take it for as long as I am in pain, but I think a good question for your next midwife visit xx
