Exercise - anyone exercise and if so how/ when?

And how often? I like walking aerobic workouts, walks, yoga, the odd 10 min HIIT workout

I go to the gym (slacking at the moment) but usually 3 times a week x

I go for a run most evenings, 10k step walks most days, and then Pilates and yoga twice a week x

@Amelia is that walks with your baby? That's good you can get out for the run in the evenings!🥰x
