Routines for your self care.

Anyone have any routines that help them? Fitting in a workout routine, self care, etc… I want to have a routine i can manage and feel good about myself at the end of the day!

I personally am able to mostly, do a workout in the am. So after I’ve taken eldest to school I come back and do a workout whilst baby is still asleep then I quickly jump in shower. I like to do it early as it makes me feel great for the day! Obviously it can be hard sometimes. I also go for a jog a few nights a week when my partner is home and the kids are in bed. Around 8/9 I go after tea. I walk around 16k steps a day too unless it’s raining😂

I try to take a walk a day

I got for nature walks, fit in a bath, even going for a drive to go get a treat
