I was a frequent gym goer and had been to the gym CONSISTENTLY for 3 years until I got pregnant, I’m now 22 weeks, and I haven’t been to the gym for 6 months. Any tips on getting back😪

I work out at home. I got a treadmill and it's easier instead of leaving the house

Start with something gentle. Light dumbbells, the cross trainer, the treadmill, etc. Why did you stop?

Just 10 minutes is good enough 3 times a day. No need to push yourself. You’re growing a human! You’ll definitely get your cadence back after birth if you set your heart to it
