google says the amount of dha to take per day is around 200mg so i think you’re getting enough in with that supplement however for choline it’s around 450mg per day and your supplement only has 110. i’ve been taking nested naturals choline, it’s 250 mg per capsule so i take 2 per day to get 500 xx

fish oil would probably be good if the prenatals you take don’t have a sufficient amount of dha in them. since the start of my pregnancy i’ve been taking the nature made prenatals and the only thing they’re lacking is choline so i take a 500mg choline supplement every day along with those.
