Running

Any other BF mamas trying to get back into running? I’ve lost some of the baby weight but then I just plateaued. I started running and got some bad migraines from dehydration so I’ve been trying to stay more hydrated. Any tips/things that work for you?

Following! Coconut water keeps me hydrated, especially when I get tired of drinking regular water. I want to get into running too but looking for good supportive sports bras since I’m BF!

Hydration is key! Also take it slow and give yourself grace. Getting back into working out in general is much harder than it was for me while I was pregnant.

I’ve tried a bit of running, definitely need some pelvic floor pt 😳 and I notice my milk supply takes a huge hit unless i hydrate a TON afterward. I’ve been bringing a body armor on the run with me (running with jogging stroller so easy to carry a drink) and that has helped
