There are differences of you want to get into the weeds. For example, some have synthetic folic acid as apposed to natural folic acid ace if you choose one with synthetic you need to be mindful of eating fortified cereals etc that contain more synthetic folic acid. But I just took pregnacare with my first and everything seemed fine to me!
