Feeling like a failure

I’m 38w living in my mom’s place. I’m 23 single baby’s father is no help. I can’t secure housing of my own the market is trash my credit isn’t good because of student loans. They say I make too much for income based but I’m barely making anything and I don’t have maternity leave bc my job is seasonal. I have no friends no one to talk to. AC went out at my mom’s I’m miserable emotionally physically I really want to give up.

I’m sorry that a lot of situations are happening all at once and stockpiling. Just know you are doing the best you can with what you have and that’s all you can ask of yourself. The market is trash these days no matter where you are especially if your credit isn’t great based on extenuating circumstances. I hope you are able to find relaxation and peace within yourself to know you are doing the absolute best you can with your current resources. You got this, your a strong independent women 💪❤️

It’s a lot all at once but it’s not forever 💗 your baby has a mom who cares enough to worry, and that’s a great first step. With the way things have been with the economy and the housing market- right now the best place for you will likely be with your mom and that’s okay. You’re gonna need help once your little one is here anyways. My husband and I (both 24) had to move back in with my dad and it hurt my pride a lot at first because I viewed moving home as a sign that I had failed, but honestly? It’s been a better situation all around and while we are still paying rent, it’s nowhere near what we’d be paying in our own place right now while also juggling the costs of a baby on the way. Take advantage of the situation you have now and just remind yourself that this is only a blip in your timeline. Things are going to turn around and you’ll look back on this time with pride of how far you’ve come. You’re so valid for how you’re feeling, but remember you’re going your best with what you

(part two) you’re doing your best with all you have available to you and that’s all that anyone can ask of you.
