Best exercise pp?

Looking to get back into exercise again v soon. What’s the best would you say? Just gym? Or Pilates / yoga etc? Second baby and feel like I need to work on whole body but mostly tummy. TIA x

I just started using an app called fitnessonline, I'm mostly doing weight lifting but it does have general weight loss, postpartum recovery, ab focus etc.

After my first baby I did wall Pilates and it helped me a lot. I used the Better Me App just to get started with.

I’ve started doing the growwithjo YouTube workouts and they are really fun!

Weight lifting with core focused exercises, walking and swimming did wonders to me :). I purchased a post partum plan to help me. You can look online and find one that works for you
