Yes check out a company called sweaty mama. They do exercise classes where you can either baby wear your baby for an extra workout or take them in the pram and just do the workout yourself. You can put them on the floor on a play mat or if they are older some kids wonder around the room playing amongst the mums working out. You pay for a Block of 6. I go to the one in Woodley but there’s others too. Think one is in caversham. All very friendly people. It’s like a step workout mixed with legs bums and tums.
I think a mummy group also meet at Dinton pastures every week for a group walk? I haven’t tried that yet but I’ve seen them out and about there meeting ☺️

Yes the atrium health club has a mum And baby class on a Tuesday. Cotswold sports centre have one one a Thursday There is also one on a Monday at Soulbarns with Sarah PT

Have a look at sports in mind. They do yoga classes twice a week as well as a fitness class You attend with your baby and its all free!
