The Miles Circuit

I’ve not attempted this yet, but ‘stage 1: open knee chest’ looks like a super uncomfortable position to hold for 30 mins? Any tips?

Not a tip - but yes found it was so uncomfortable & could only do it in 5 min stints!! 😆 I did them throughout the day & also continued to do this move every day after I turned 38 weeks ☺️

My tip is do it for 10 mins only 😂 seriously, I do yoga most days and I struggled a lot. It does help to have a soft floor that doesn’t slip, like carpet for example. And you need distraction, maybe an audio book as video is not really possible

I find stage one quite confusing as it looks as though it would encourage baby out of your pelvis?! Worried about doing that when he’s already engaged!

@Danielle yeah I’ve been worried about that too when baby is in a good position, not sure I want to risk it!!
