Miscarriage?
I can't help thinking that maybe the sonographer got it wrong and this baby is still ok... I've still got symptoms and there been no bleeding... they said they couldn't see a heart beat but does that necessarily mean miscarriage? It may just be me wishful thinking but I don't know what to do now I'll be grateful for any advice...

7w1d at my scan there was a heart beat at 6w1d but not the week afterwards my breasts are still really sore though... this will be my second loss so I could be just torturing myself I was even thinking about buying a doppler to see if there is a heart beat
Progesterone that your body makes more of during pregnancy can contribute to the symptoms. You may still feel pregnant for a while after a miscarriage. Does the sonographer defer to the doc for more information or are they the only ones you’ll be hearing from?

I’ve had 2 missed miscarriages. One of them was even at 20 weeks and I never had symptoms. That’s what it’s called when you miscarry, but there is no bleeding—missed miscarriage. How far along are you? Have you been able to talk to your doctor yet? I’m sorry you’re going through this. It’s such a hard thing ❤️🩹
