Just trying to rest more. Sit down more and take it easy. And learning not to be ashamed of just telling people "wait I need a minute now"
@Kathleen well I work 10 hour days in a hospital at the moment which is so draining! And then I get home and have to do everything aswell so itās just constant š¤£ feel like I donāt get a minute, in the middle of moving homes aswell so everything is a little all over the place!!! I have been trying to take regular breaks but just feels impossible sometimes! Xxx
@Gabi Thankyou!!!ā¤ļø and yes definitely, I will have to try and be more vocal xxx
@Eviešš» oh wow....no wonder you're exhausted! You need to remember to take a break and look after yourself and the baby xx
@Kathleen I know! A lotttt going on right nowš¤£š© hoping after we move and I get more settled at our new home I will be able to rest a lot more and possibly cut my hours down slightly. Iām not starting my maternity leave until 30th September but using annual leave so I can finish work at the end of August so looking forward to that!! How far along are you? Are you feeling the exhaustion aswell? Xxxxx

I find it is a lot better now at 25 weeks - maybe you are over doing it? I'm making sure I still get plenty of time for rest x
