No middle name - thoughts?

We’re not going for a middle name, mainly because we feel his name doesn’t need one! It’s also very straightforward that way which I like

My partner and I don't have middle names. He's fine with it but I always felt I was missing out...

I and my oldest sister have a middle name but my middle sister doesn’t my mom felt her name (Samantha) didn’t go with anything meaningful enough plus she never knew the gender of any of us so we all had names that could be turned into boy names 😂some names just don’t feel necessary for middle names and whatever you choose is going to be beautiful ! X

Thanks all! Feels quite cool not to have one! I didn’t change my name and we’ve decided our children will have my surname (Jay), so we could use my husbands surname as a middle name (Adam) but I feel like all the family will think we’ve double-barrelled and it gets confusing if we have another boy. Need to have more of a think about options!

Yeah I agree with only one name

Our baby girl doesn’t have middle name and we think it’s quite cool too haha I’m Korean and in Korea we don’t have middle name and my husband didn’t think his middle name means anything to him so we decided to go without it!
