Anyone struggling with prenatal vitamins?

I’m having the hardest time taking my vitamins. I’ve tried a couple different brands but they all make me so nauseous. Someone suggested to try some that had no iron and even those just make me so sick. I haven’t taken any in about a week to find relief from sickness but I’m a little worried. I eat very healthy and try to incorporate lots vitamin rich foods. Anyone else have experience or advice?

Have you tried ritual brand?

I took olly chewable prenatals at night. Helped me not dry heave or vomit.

Have you tried taking them before bed?

@Alex I haven’t.

@Monét no this is a good idea I will try.

they have them in a mint flavor which was really nice

I’ve found only 2 brands not to make me nauseous and I’ve tried everything that’s good quality from cheap to very expensive. First is Ritual: it tastes like lemon. Second one which I’m using right now is Pink Stork prenatal with DHA. They have different flavors from lemon to raspberry and this at least for me helps with nausea. I take it before bed and there’s 0 nausea or burps. It also has more and better vitamins than Ritual.

Thank you all! This is so helpful and I’m going to try your suggestions! 🤍

The natures bounty berry gummies are the only thing I can handle

I used to take ritual. But it gave me a gross fish after taste even though it smelled like citrus. My nausea was so bad. I switched to olly gummies and it's been good since.

I switched to gummies bc I couldn’t take the pills. Try that

I take mine right before I fall asleep with sleeping pills to sleep through it 😅

Back to say these gummies have been soooo helpful
