@Funmi unfortunately hav an ulcer, so not at liberty with the peppers. I finally tried the cucumbers. It requires alot of work.

But they are not spicy. Or is it the seeds that bother you?

You don’t have to tell me. I’m almost 100% confident you will put on a lot of work with cucumbers.

Well anyway that’s Nigeria so I believe that. The bell pepper here is a joke when it comes to being spicy.
