Postpartum fatigue

Hi, can anyone recommend any good postnatal vitamins to take as I'm really struggling with fatigue even when I have slept during the day, I still feel like I need to sleep more. My little boy is 4 weeks old and I'm an emotional wreck every day for at least an hour a day. Me and my partner share night feeds! Its horrible him being back to work and still can't drive due to having c-section!

I've just got some vitamins to try for same reason and they weren't cheap, my other half takes the male ones of the same ones I got and he feels they help him. I am constantly feeling tired even when have slept. Have a 2 Yr old and a 3 week old and pnd and baby blues were really bad again and all just kept crying getting better now slowly but still have moments. I do the night feeds as partner is now back at work but he helps me now and again. I had a c-section again and really was hoping not to have to have them.

@Shelley what are they called please

@Shelley I will try anything atm it's really getting to me

Also make sure you’re getting enough iron. When I experienced this is was because my iron levels were very low

Lifevantage protadem 🩵 does more than give energy - pretty pricey but so worth it in my opinion

I would advise getting some electrolytes and taking first thing. These will help your adrenals - my boss is an endocrinologist so I’ve learnt so much about hormones that we’ve never been taught. I’d recommend her prenatals but you can’t get them on the UK. Checking your iron is a good idea too. As well as a prenatal I take an omega supplement and probiotics

If you can get them on the UK the LMNT electrolytes are the best and I take them
