@Emily but that doesn’t include folic acid as well, or is not enough if u take 5mg?
I took pregnecare plus when I was pregnant with my son and they made me feel really sick everytime I took them so I'm also just taking the original ones this time
I get my folic acid prescribed by my gp x
@Kira i’m feeling nauseous asf 🫣😅
@Emily oh ok
Try Known pregnancy gummies if you can’t manage a tablet! Can get the brand in Amazon on their website x
I take proceive, they do ones for each trimester xxx
I literally take folic acid, vitamin d and standard pregnancy multi vitamin from my local Asda. Midwife told me they’re all exactly the same. And that folic acid is only needed until 14 weeks and vitamin d should be taken until birth
Ive heard Pregnacare makes some people nauseous, I saw another thread on here where people suggested trying seven seas instead. Hope that helps x
@Sophie I’ve noticed that in the morning and night I feel nauseous, but during the day I feel ok
@Donna good to know 👌
I take Wild nutrition. I was taking pregnacare but I didn’t react well to it. My first pregnancy I took pregnacare and was fine but this time my body has rejected it
@Charlene what do you mean by rejecting it? Like vomit or feeling sick?
