Energy!!

26 weeks and I feel as if I have 0 energy or that I run out of energy by my 5th hr of work. Does anyone know if there is some type of vitamin that’s pregnancy safe for us to take to help with boosting energy??

Also I do take my prenatals every day 😊

You might want to talk to your Obgyn about what you're feeling, there might be blood tests they'd want to pull to see if you're deficient in anything. Like iron or ferritin for example. It might also just be that you're not sleeping enough or deep enough. It can be loads of things so talking to your doctor will probably be the best thing to do.

@Ivonne I’ll give them a call! I just did testing last week and everything looked great so I’m sure I’m just not getting enough sleep which is unfortunate 😂😭

You can try magnesium if your doc says it's ok, that's helpful for me to relax and fall asleep they sell one at Costco called calm that you just put in your water. Melatonin doesn't do much for me.

I feel the same. I drink body armor and body armor ready. No caffeine, lots of vitamins as well. My OB said it was also good for breast feeding because of what's in it. The body armor ready really does help me.

@Brittany I’ll give the body armor a try! Especially with it being great for lactation! Thank you!

Keeping active is supposed to help with energy deficiency

Vitamin B1 has really helped me with my energy levels!
