Do what feels right for you. My baby is 7 weeks+4 and I have been doing beginner type home workouts, short runs, long walks and I've done 3 x body pump classes so far too but keeping the weights on the lighter side til i get my GP check this week.

I would say just trust your body. Start out slow and build it up from there!! Xx I’ve done a few walks and I’ve been swimming and just have done my first run for couch to 5k. I’m 10weeks PP from a c-section birth.

I started lifting weights 5 weeks post partum, I'm going to the gym 3 times a week, lifting weights and doing workout classes. I had a vaginal birth.

Oh yeah I forgot to mention I had a c-section.. and 8 weeks pp. I just did what I could 😌 just held back more on the core part of the workout didn't want to push too much.

Hats off to all of you!! ❤️ 10 weeks in (on Wednesday) and still only walking, some days that’s a struggle 😂 xx

Hi, for those C section mamas I was advised to wait 12 weeks post section to do any exercise. What type of exercises are you all doing and were you advised the same?

@Sam I wasn’t advised that no? Not from what I can remember. I was told up to 6 weeks recovery for driving ect. But they did encourage walks and things like that xx

@Morgan when I had my pp check (talk) I asked if it would be OK to start and he said no heavy lifting for another 4 weeks and light core exercises if you want to do some that is.
