Just need to share so I stop spiraling

So my baby girl is 10 months old. I opted to not go on birth control after she was born so anyway. Me and my husband were intimate on the 31 which was a day after I was supposed to ovulate and now for the last few days I’ve had crazy smell sensitivity, food aversions, a headache and back pain. My period is supposed to start in 4 days so I’m waiting but I have to share with someone because I don’t wanna cause my husband anxiety if it’s nothing. But yea.
