Cooking Chicken

When cooking and preparing chicken, I know that it (a breast) should be cut into long strips. However, lots of baby recipes suggest cutting it into strips pre-cooking but I feel this just makes ot liable to dry out more. Would it be fine to cook a breast as it is and then cut into strips? Thanks 😊

Of course, it just matters that it is severed to baby in stripes or I sometimes scissor chop it into small cubes to encourage pincer grasp

@Rose Thank you! And good idea! X

I’ve been buying rotisserie chicken or chicken legs/thighs as I found breast far too tough for him aswell

Thigh is a lot more tender and less dry. I always cut my chicken into whatever way I’m serving before cooking but don’t see the issue with doing it after x
