NHS vitamins tag

My husband just told me that he lost our nhs vitamins tag. Does anyone know if I can ask for a new one?? I almost ran out of baby vitamins D, and I don't really want to go to boots and buy one (I will do it, of course, if i have no options) .

At our very first appointment, back when I was pregnant, we received a little card to attach to the key with a bar code on top (like tesco or another shop discount card) . This card is part of the health start scheme (not for helping with milk or food) only for mama's vitamins and baby's vitamins. There are very few places (i know just in newham area ) which are giving vitamins for free if you show this card, but I lost it 😶....

I've never been given one but I guess you would have to ask your health visitor.
