I struggle personally with YT workouts at home as I get distracted and don't feel I push hard enough at home as when I'm at a gym. But because I have the little one 90% of the time I can't go to a gym so I treated myself to a treadmill which I use when he's napping or playing in his playpen x
I do the YouTube workouts as they’re quick. I also found an online trainer who I’m struggling to find time with right now, but I remember things we’ve done in our previous sessions and make my own workout out of that. If you start doing a little every 2 days it becomes addictive
I find YouTube workouts so much easier as they have loads at 30 mins that I just do when she’s gone to bed or naps. She even just sits and watches sometimes. Pregnancy and Postpartum TV on YouTube is SO good and great for doing exercises to help your body after natural/c section birth x
