What is everyone doing to stay moving and active? I have been going on walks in the morning at a slight incline of 2.5 and 3.5 speed. I usually do 2-3.10 miles. And then at lunch I try to take an outdoor walk with my husband and that is a little less than 1.5 miles. I have noticed a huge difference with this! I feel more energized throughout the day and don’t feel out of breath.

Sometimes I walk to the bathroom to pee or get an Amazon box from downstairs

Chasing around a 9 month old. I really want to get back to yoga but I haven't had the energy

I started going to the gym a few months before I got pregnant so as long as I feel up to it I’ve been lifting weights, I’ll go on longer walks just around in the evenings, or prenatal yoga if I’m good lol. Today I hiked a shorter hike and it was harddddd. That breath control 😅

Walking i do ealry in the mornings, or the eliptical if i go to the gym. I do sets of lunges and squats to keep legs strong for pushing, and also yoga beforw my little one wakes up. It has been hard staying consisten due to work, and chasing a toddler but trying to do 2-3 times a week

I do 1.5 miles on the treadmill @ 6 incline on 3.7 speed. And then 15 minutes casual ride on the peloton. And then I take the dog for 2 1 mi walks during the day. I’m trying to slow the weight gain and tone up as much as I can because it got out of control my first tri. And right now I won’t be caught dead in a swimsuit with the amount of cellulose I have from overdoing it in the first tri.

My dog walks me at least 20-30 minutes a day. Started to go to the gym at the end of the first trimester, was way too tired before that. Found pre natal classes on classpass and have been doing some of my pre pregnancy classes but heavily modified
