@Aidana and do you feel they’re helping at all? & baby hasn’t had an reaction/upset to them?
My midwife recommended spatone for low iron during pregnancy and I still take it now, one year post partum. At the start, I felt physically sick breastfeeding/pumping if I forgot to take it. I took breastfeeding supplements for the first four-ish months, then I switched to just the things I needed to supplement (everyone in the UK should take vit D cause of our atrocious weather, and I’m vegetarian so I take vit B and a multi-mineral). I also gave vit D drops to my baby in her milk, one a day.
I took pregnacare throughout pregnancy and during breastfeeding and my supply was always higher than average! Not sure if it helped increase it or I just naturally had a bigger supply
@Siobhan baby had no reaction! I dont know if they are helping as i gave birth only 4 weeks ago! But I am taking them to support my recovery
@Aidana ahh so the same timeline as me!
@Nicole how do you know your supply was higher than average?
@Shruti I always had more than what my baby needed and could pump like 7/8oz at a time
Im taking pregnacare breastfeeding vitamins
