Question for gym girlies!

I’ve been working out consistently for 9 days now— my longest consistency stretch 😂 used to be a competitive dancer and gymnast but i seriously hate normal workouts (anything you would do in a normal gym as well as any cardio lmao). before pregnancy i was 105lbs, before birth i was 147lbs, after birth 134lbs and still 134lbs (well, last time i checked which was a couple weeks ago). ANYWHOOOO, I’m a SAHM and my boy only lets me get in a 10 min workout every morning, so i’ve been following some of Chloe Ting’s 10 min workouts on youtube. i know it’s not gonna happen over night, but just wondering if anyone has an idea how long it may take (around) before seeing any results if im only doing 10 min a day? if i even will at that rate?

It depends on the intensity you're going at and how you're eating (like if you're getting enough protein for your body and weight. Protein is major in seeing results). I know you don't like cardio (same), but a good walk a few times or more a week would be good, and it'd be good for baby to get out too

I’ve started walking a lot more I was 67kg when I gave birth, I’m now 59kg. I eat a lot more protein and veg. My pre pregnancy weight was 53kg so still along way off and need to tone up. Struggling alot with my post pregnancy body I was also a gymnast until I was 22 then was consistent in the gym. I haven’t stepped foot in a gym for over 4-5 months 😂

I put back my extra 6 kg this year. Started to go to the gym. Healthy eating and work out- 3/4 times per week, and don’t forget to take one day off after every 2/3 days of work out or every other day. If you still bf , it might take longer. Consistency is key, so keep going till you’ll see what you want in the mirror. After 30 the body needs more effort to keep the kg in control. Started to see little effect on my waist, but still far from what I want. Keep going.

@Kursten i’m doing HIIT workouts and consuming a good amount of protein, but i can’t be in a calorie deficit because i’m breastfeeding. so i eat healthy, but yeah
