Intro

Hi, I'm a mum of 7month old boy. Pre baby I trained almost everyday - I'm a PT & teach bodypump and pole fitness. 7months pp I'm still trying to merge my old life with my new life. So far I'm in the gym once a week, returned to pole and been running. I know it's a steady uphill journey so I'm trying to enjoy it but it's slightly demotivating when u remember what you were once capable of. I'm having the most fun running with baby in the buggy! My new goal is 10k. 👋🏾👋🏾

Hello! Just so you know also there are baby clubs on which they do exercise too! Such as circuits, never been myself but I know someone that does and she loves it!

Proud of you for doing something for yourself! 🫶🏻 any movement is better than no movement.
