Curried chicken, white rice, Mac and cheese (I’m Jamaican we sucked at making Mac and cheese lol) with pickled cucumber 🤗

I'm American, and the Mac and cheese I made for myself today turned into cheese and noodle soup because this package said not to drain the water 😂

This looks great I’ve always wanted to learn how to make Jamaican food.

I am bajan and Jamaican (raised by my bajan side) and my partner is Jamaican and Irish (born and raised in Jamaica) lol I remember one time we was attending an event there was a Jamaican food truck so I happily walked up asking for baked Mac because up north all the Jamaican and carribean restaurants sell bake Mac....... the look my partner and the lady gave me ! Lol ... but I'll take time to toot my own horn my Mac and cheese has gotten invited to the cook out
