Yeah frozen is such a good way to go. My mom said even if something gets freezer burned it’s still safe to eat. This might mean it’s not as tasty or as nutritious but don’t throw it out. She recommended to put it in a stew that you cook for a ling time so it can be tender again and absorb the flavor from the broth. 🙂

9-12 months as long as it was packaged properly. Defrost and cook like normal? I think it only take like 15-20 minutes to fully defrost. I’ve thrown partially frozen salmon in the oven and it came out just fine.
