Friends

Hoping this reaches other like-minded mamas out there, but ever since moving here to Oregon I feel like it’s been so hard to make friends. And now with a baby it’s even harder. I’ve been so emotional these last few months and really could use a good friend. Someone who is interested in having days where we just hang out at each others places and talk and maybe have a drink and watch movies. But also go out and adventure. Both with our babies and also just us. Not trying to sounds desperate but I’ve just felt really lonely lately and like my partner and other family members just don’t understand what I’m going through. The Mom Walk Collective has groups around here in at least Beaverton and Portland, look them up on instagram! The events are mainly during the week (I think) which might be inconvenient. hi. I live in king city. but get the lonely thing. my kids 15 now and they are more busy with friends now and less wanting to hang out with mom. and hubby works a lot and is an introvert. so usually needs his alone refresh time after work. which makes me kind of by myself mon through Friday. also looking for friends where you hang at eachothers places and play games craft or just chill watch a show or whatnot. I do not drink been.sober for over 10years.
