I need some good advice on knowledge

I've been a stay at home mom for 4 years now and I really feel like my brain is just fried. I have no communication skills and I have nothing to talk about. I am pregnant with my 3rd and I don't see myself socializing or working anytime soon. How do I improve myself from home? It's really depressing me. I know I used to be better than this!

How about some online courses?

The local library might offer interesting lectures, clubs, lessons, etc. online. Mine does and they help me with similar feelings.

It's a struggle for sure to feel that way. Be intentional about what you'd like to be better at. Communication? Look up videos, to take it a step further listen to audiobooks. Then apply the lessons learned. There's information you'll pull from all sorts of sources. In my opinion, this is really just you rediscovering yourself again. But it takes TIME, so be KIND to yourself! Nothing but love here ❤️.

Join a virtual book club? Schedule conversations with friends? Local library gatherings/ meetings? Local museums?

podcasts to learn about new interesting things?

Baby groups, friends make plans. I work from home so don’t see anyone and push myself to get out with moms and groups just for adult conversation x

Have you thought of going to mom's meet-ups? Going back to school? I do both of these, and I don't regret it. I was working full-time and moved to part-time. Now that I've been home, I signed up for summer classes and registered for fall as well. The mom meet-ups are monthly, so it's nice to go and catch a small break in the evening. Once baby is here, maybe join a baby group! Or get involved in something you're passionate about that you can bring your baby to.
