Couch to 10k is a good program a friend of mine used.
The Runna app is amazing for beginners, so many of my friends swear by it! I also used it and found it so helpful, there is a small monthly fee, so worth it though if it gets you up and running!
Start slow esp if youve never been a runner before. Start by power walking then as u get fitter u can throw in some jogging. Google couch to 5k. A lot of people start with that
