I’ve also taken some from here. https://thefamilyfreezer.com/2017/03/21/the-ultimate-whole30-slow-cooker-freezer-meal-plan/?ref=6&epik=dj0yJnU9UU5KVmd4SEgtRFFxTlFzSW9JQU4zOWRZRE9NQWdobHImcD0wJm49dW5FakF5d3FwSmdBeWEwd1FUUHJuZyZ0PUFBQUFBR1pjMlp3
I recommend the ‘bored of lunch - healthy slow cooker meals’ book on Amazon. Loads of great, easy and healthy recipes in there I use it a couple of times a week!

Chicken, herbs, stock... Cook for 4-6 hours, shred. Serve with salad, rice, sandwiches.. anything

Our favorite is pot roast because it’s so easy: -put Chuck roast in (found in refrigerated meat aisle) - one can of cream of mushroom soup -a packet of slow cooker pot roast seasoning (found where the gravy packets are) -add whatever veggies you want! I use potatoes, carrots, and green beans -cook on low for 6-8 hours
Do you have an Instant Pot by chance? I switched since it's so much quicker
@Alex yummy!!
@Kelly thank you!! ☺️
I’ve started meal prepping freezer slow cooker meals, and one we always have in the freezer ready for a crockpot is chicken soup. I just make a batch of four or so and put in the freezer. There’s quite a few recipes online. I also love a good beef barbacoa or lasagna. They always make so much for lunches or freezer back up.
