@Emily my hubby has low counts and I read that more reduced quantity but improved quality. But then I keep hearing every other day is best! 🙃

@Charley when I search online, most research papers, particularly for low down count says daily. But it still makes me uneasy.
When having semen analysis, an abstinence period of 2 days is needed and fertility doctors recommend sex every other day across the fertile window. Whilst it's not necessarily a problem having sex every day, it's likely the sperm are not going to be as motile or there may not be as many compared to every other day. So if it's working for you and it's not becoming a chore, then that's fine.
I read an article on pub med that said for low counts IUI or ivf they use sequential ejaculation to improve quality. My clinic said to trigger then have sex amap for 24hours. It’s so confusing.
