At home exercises, with no equipments and with two toddlers about lol

Please. I need to lose weight and I’m doing well with eating but now I’m unable to go the gym.

Pilates videos - YouTube has lots. Most don’t need equipment or you can use light weights like tins of beans when asked

Body weight exercises like press ups, air squats, lunges, burpees, single leg glute bridges sit ups. If you can get a couple of resistance bands, there are some great workouts you can do with those too.

If someone can recommend something that’s quick too like no longer than 15/20 min that would be so ideal!
