Had my baby girl on 13/5/24 and need to start finding the motivation to do pelvic floor exercises . What apps or videos would you recommend and suggest following that you found helpful. Thank you!

I had my little boy on 13th! I have definitely been enjoying the newborn bubble too much to even think about pelvic floor exercises!

Squeezy app is nhs recommended and developed by pelvic health physios. It times your exercises and sends alert reminders if you want it to! I think it's around 3 pounds.

My midwife told me to do them when I feed baby! I did this with my first and then it becomes a habit

Squeezy is a good app. X it’s paid but I’ve found it quite useful !
