6 months fully but still not taking preworkout or fat burner since breastfeeding still, so it’s still not the same lol.

6 weeks postpartum. I did Pilates throughout my pregnancy. I only stopped one week before giving birth.

@Juliana I’m more so curious about the healing process and when we can return to being active PP :)

Physical therapy immediately after birth so I could work out properly at 5 weeks post partum. Your abs and pelvic floor need to be worked correctly to recover, otherwise you’re inflicting much further damage
