Any pregnancy yoga classes in hull? Got really bad back pain and wondering if it’ll help? Thank you

Are you on Instagram? Search for her on there if you are. @pregnancyyogawithzoe It’s £7 a week I think, you book and pay in 6 week slots but towards the end just week by week. Hessle is Wednesday 5:30-6:30 or 6:45-7:45. Or she does Hutton Cranswick Tuesday 6-7 x
