What kind of vitamin D supplements do you guys use , I thought it was prescribed, but it over the counter (booooo) so many options. HELP!

I take a vitamin d3 at 5000 IU so I don’t have to remember to put it on my nipple before a feed so it gets into the milk. That’s if your breastfeeding or giving breastmilk though.
