Pressed helped me convince last cycle though it ended in a chemical. I feel like it definitely helped me and the swimmers swim. Though the chemical had nothing to do with pre seed my body just wasn’t ready. Good luck! ☺️

I tried mucinex and pre seed it worked on first attempt
