Miles Circuit

In the middle of doing the miles circuit. Currently 37 weeks 4 days. Anyone have success doing it?

I’ve been doing it in some variation (I’m not doing it one right after the other, since I go on a morning walk and do the poses at night) for weeks and nothing. 39+2 here.

@Maria are you doing the poses for the full 90 minutes?

@Sarah I can’t hold the hips in the air one for much longer than 10 minutes at a a time due to preexisting back issues. I often sleep or nap in the other pose, though.

I feel like I'm doing the first part where you're kind of in childs pose wrong because it hurts my back lol. Any tips on that one?!
