@Hollie I've just brought these! How long did it take for you to notice a difference xx

Holland and Barratt also have fernugreek supplements for £6. I use the Hottea Momma Milks Up tea (4 times a day). The midwives recommend oats too, so hobnobs and breakfast oats. I also did loads of reading because my baby isn't latching, so I'm having to make sure my milk supply increases by myself: 1. The Haakaa silicone pump can help increase your milk supply, but if your baby is latching be aware that it may cause an oversupply of milk. 2. Leafy greens and protein in your diet. Along with fruit. 3. Pump every 2 hours for 48-72 hours and you should see an increase in your milk supply. (You could try the other power pump method of 20 minutes pumping, rest 10, pump 10, rest 10, pump 10, three times a day) Overall my boobs now produce 2oz each almost every pump. And I just continuously power pump because I noticed my supply drop drastically last week and I want to make sure that even if LB doesn't have my milk every feed that he has at least one full feed of breast milk every day. Good luck.

@Ann the next day. Had 1 cup before bed last night and woke up with rock hard leaky boobs. Currently pumping as baby is full x
