My period came back at 4 months. Even if you are breast-feeding, it is normal to come back around this time!

@Naura thank you. I forgot to add that part about breastfeeding.

I first got my period at 3 months postpartum and then didn't get it again until literally today... I didn't even recognize the pms symptoms! I breastfeed as well on top of pcos, so I never know when my period will be to begin with.

Mine at 4 wks pp and i was breastfeeding

@Shyanne I also bf and have pcos. Almost 6 months pp and no period! I’m so scared, it’s been so nice not having a period.

@Giannina, my period was normal for me, thankfully. I tend not to have any crazy period issues (besides never knowing when it will show). Hopefully, you don't have a bad experience when you do get yours!

@Shyanne mine went from super textbook: every 28 days lasting 5 days and the last day was super light. To crazy heavy painful. Never “on time” super heavy to having to use liners and tampons. Change every hour. I hope it’s not this bad, my ovaries don’t hurt either. Before my left side would hurt so badly.

4 weeks pp, breastfeeding with pcos. Cycles have been my usual 7 days with the first 3 being super heavy.
