Ok so I just took a pregnancy test yesterday and it says I’m 3+ weeks pregnant should I start taking prenatal vitamins now or wait till after my blood work on next week just to make sure

start taking them now, i’d avoid the gummy ones just bc once the nausea sets in (if you have any) you won’t want to chew them

It's better to start them they still have great benefits even if you're not pregnant
FYI. The test that says 3+ means 5 weeks + pregnant. It shows how long ago you conceived, which was 3 or more weeks ago.. hope that makes sense

@Sarah I'm taking gummy ones and have nausea and I still chew them without problem
