I only recently started trying this exercise to get rid of my belly after 2 csections, so I haven't seen results yet. I just thought I'd share it since I've seen quite a few posts about people hating their belly.

Hi..how long did you wait before starting the workout..3 weeks pp here…

I'm 4 months pp, and just started this week. But I'm also chasing a toddler around so finding time to work out is hard 😫 I got cleared to work out at 6 weeks, but didn't feel healed enough. You'll know when your body can handle it

Do this plus deep TA workouts to keep your belly in tight. The Transverse Abdominis is your natural waist band & it is stretched out from pregnancy which creates that pooch appearance. You HAVE to exercise that in order to get everything back together. Adding cardio, and standing or seated abdominal workouts like this definitely helps in addition to those.

@Jenna when post partum woth a toddler is difficult. Mine is 2 1/2

You'll see results if done correctly. You brace ur core, with every raise up you exhale, and leg down inhale. It puts a fee more seconds on how fast you do it. But it's suppose to be slow. It's a core stabilizing exercise. Also try farmer carry too
