After a miscarriage when should I get my first period? It’s been 3 weeks since I stopped bleeding but unsure on when Mother Nature may turn up

Depends! I’ve had 2 miscarriages and both came back after 28 days. One at 5 weeks and one at 7… I know some people have taken weeks to come back. Think it just depends on your body
I had a missed miscarriage and I'm not sure when the baby stopped growing but I started bleeding at around 12 weeks and the miscarriage completed about 3 and a half weeks later. I got my period just over 3 weeks after that.
I lost at 9 weeks and it came back 3 weeks later

It depends on how far along you were but it can vary. I had a loss at 11 weeeks and I think it took maybe 9 weeks for my period to come back. I also had a loss at 5 weeks and I think my period was back on track fairly quickly. Maybe 5 weeks
