Struggling with being alone

my kids are with their dad for the weekend. I’m really struggling with being alone. I’m not from the area and I don’t have any friends here. I don’t know what to do With all this loneliness and sadness.

Where are you located?!?

How often do they stay over? Enjoy your own space for a while. It's your chance just to unwind maybe Have a soak watch a movie. Get some rest. Take a walk in the park in the day a bit of shopping. By the time you know it your kids will be back

Kissimmee, FL

We spit the kids 50/50. But he forced me into a temp schedule of not seeing them for 5 days (they’re 2&4) I’ll have them back on monday. I wish I had a tub! 😄

Girl you better find alil peace & happiness somewhere put your favorite song on and dance or challenge yourself to dance to a song you can’t stand lol idk you have to listen and understand yourself. It’s not always easy but I guarantee you will embrace the journey

Find a new series to binge or start a book. Leave your phone at home and go for a walk. Paint your nails, wash and style your hair. Cook from scratch. Do all the things you don't have time for when they're at home. It does get easier ❤

Find a hobby that you’re interested in coz most if not all hobby groups, people attend alone. The hobbies that my friends do is - gym, Zumba, Pilates, yoga, photography, boxing, bingo. I go salsa/bachata dancing on Fri nights and because it’s partner dancing, it starts w lessons and we all partner up and the leads (males) move down the line after each move. And then it’s social dancing until 1-2am which is free dancing to learn and practice the moves from that class and previous classes.. I’ve made lots of friends there too.
